Changes to MFRC Bursary Project Deadline and Application Criteria The Comox MFRC has extended the application date for the 2009 edition of the Bursary Project to 15 Aug 09.Furthermore, Bursary eligibility criteria have been changed to be more inclusive of family membership.Revised applications are available at the MFRC or can be downloaded here. Creative Kids Summer Parent & Tot Drop-in Program
Creative Kids - Play With Me This is a playgroup for children under 5 and their parents or caregivers. Come out and meet other families and join in a morning of play. Please bring a snack, but remember the centre is a “nut free zone”.
Wednesdays July 8 – 29 / August dates: TBA 9:30 am – 11:00 am $2 / Drop-In Fee, Creative Kids Room
French Immersion Preschool - Register now for Fall
There is space in the French Immersion Preschool program for children 3 – 5 years old. This program is designed to enhance children's social, language, fine and gross motor skills. The 2.5 hour program is offered in a child-centred environment, facilitated by Early Childhood Educators.Children are introduced to the French language and prepared for Kindergarten entry.This program is offered as a two or three day program. Monday, Wednesday & Friday or Tuesday & Thursday / 9:00 am – 11:30 am
Register Now for Summer Day Camp!
Kinnikinnik Child Care Centre is running day camps for kids 6-12 years old! Camps run June 29 - August 28 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm with fees of $120 / week. Child minding before and after camp is available. For more information call (250) 339-8032.
