Quality of Life (QOL) Programs at the Comox MFRC are focused on a commitment to learning, enrichment of personal relationships, and identifying individual strengths. The nature of our programs and workshops provide participants with the tools and resources to enhance the quality of their lives, and prevent problems from occurring. Various workshops are scheduled throughout the year. We are always willing to offer new workshops, so if you have any workshop ideas in mind, please contact the QOL Coordinator.

Wellness Wednesdays are a series of workshops that provide an opportunity to be creative, have fun and connect with others. These workshops run Wednesdays, 9:00 am - 11:30 am.  Limited free child care is available workshop attendees of military families, upon receipt of a refundable deposit of $25.

You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people
than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.
-  Dale Carnegie  -

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start,
anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

How rare and wonderful is that flash of a moment when we realize we have discovered a friend.   -  William E. Rothschild  -
